How do I add/delete/update authorized users or change
my billing address?
To make changes to your account, you must send in the changes on company
letterhead using one of the methods below.
As a reminder, please keep all authorized user information current and
confidential.
What information is needed to be an authorized web
user?
The Church, School, or Business must submit the request on letterhead.
The request must include: A request to add an authorized user, new
authorized user's first name, last name, and e-mail address. The request
must be made by an existing authorized user.
Can I use a credit card on my net terms web account if
I don't want to charge my order?
Yes. Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted as
payment.
How do I set up the account to require a purchase
order?
This is done when establishing the net terms account. Please call
Customer Service at 1-800-228-0475 for more details.
The checkout page doesn't give me the option to charge
my account. What happened?
You must be signed into your Net Terms account in order to have the
option available.
Can I use certificates/gift cards on my web account?
All promotional gift cards and certificates may be redeemed online.
Can I use a deferred billing keycode on my web account?
Deferred billing on web orders with net terms is not available.
I haven't used my account in over 15 months. How can I
get net terms reinstated?
Please call Customer Relations at 1-800-526-7400 for
details.
How will I be notified if my organization is accepted
or denied net terms?
You will receive an email or letter informing you of our decision. Our
decision will be communicated to you within 10 business days
My session timed out. Do I have to start over or just
log in again?
You will need to log in again, please follow the log in prompts.
Select the option to create an account during the
checkout process.You will then create a new password to use with your
email address for future purchases. You will then enter your billing and
shipping address(es) that will be stored with your account.
Your password can be any string of characters (letters,
numbers, spaces or punctuation) User names/Email addresses and passwords
are case sensitive. Your User name/Email address can be changed provided
you know your current password

Track your orders online to check the current delivery status. Or, you
may also view your Web order history.
Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contents are stored for 14 days, allowing you to pick
up shopping where you left off.
Faster Checkout!
Your name and address information will automatically be entered for you,
making your checkout more convenient. Your personal information is not
shared with third parties.
Reminder Service
Sign up to receive advance notice of your upcoming special occasions,
events and holidays. This free service allows you to choose what events
you wish to receive a reminder for, and when you will receive your
reminders.
Address Book
Store frequently used addresses to make your checkout even faster! Not
available for Canadian orders at this time.
