- 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Tbs of Freshly Squeezed Lemon
- 1 Tsp of Prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 lbs of Smoked Salmon
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- Dill Garnish

Add the cream cheese to a food processor to soften completely.

Next, add sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and a sprig of dill and mix.

Add the smoked salmon and mix well.

Transfer the smoked salmon schmear to a Small Trifle Container.
Note: I painted the foot of the container lavender and added a matching lavender DIY Unfinished Wood Circles with "Salmon Schmear" written on it with an American Crafts™ Permanent Chalk Marker using hot glue.

Place the Salmon Schmear on a Small Serving Tray and add additional toppings for using at your fabulous Bagel Bar!
