- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onions
- 1.5 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t. Greek Seasoning
- 1 t. Garlic Powder
- Slider Buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Bleu Cheese
- Condiments

Begin by placing the ground beef in a bowl. Add the minced onions, Worcestershire sauce, Greek seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well, until the ingredients are incorporated evenly throughout the meat.

Shape the meat into palm-sized mini patties. You should get about eight patties out of one recipe. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after forming the patties.

For the best flavor, grill the burgers until they reach your desired doneness. They will continue cooking for a bit after they've been removed from the grill, so be sure not to overcook them.

Turn the grill flames down to low, then place the buns face-down on the grates to toast them, if desired. This will only take a few minutes.

Now it's time to build the sliders! Add lettuce, tomato and bleu cheese to the bottom bun, then add the top bun.

A Fireworks Pick inserted into each slider helps hold them together and makes them look festive! Serve with your favorite burger condiments.
