- 1/2 Bottle of Dry French Rose
- 1 c. Fresh, Sliced Strawberries
- 1 c. Fresh, Sliced Raspberries
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
- 1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract

In a small bowl, mix together your sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Put the bowl into the refrigerator and let marinate for one hour.

After the hour is up, grab your Popsicle molds and add 2 tablespoons of your marinated berries into each mold.

Pop open the bottle of Rose and fill each mold 3/4 way full.

Add 1 tablespoon of the leftover strawberry juice from your mixing bowl into each mold and gently stir to combine. This will add some sweet, yummy flavor to your popsicles!

Place the un-decorated portion of the Popsicle Stick into each mold and then put the mold in the freezer for 24 hours.

After the 24 hours is up, remove the Popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
We served ours in Stemless Wine Glasses and added a Gold Foil Paper Straw so any Popsicle that melted could be sipped as a cocktail! Feel free to add additional fruit or change the type of wine and enjoy these popsicle cocktails all summer long!
