- 12 Whole Apples (Washed and Dried)
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 c. Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter (Cut into Tablespoon Sized Pieces)
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 2 c. Chopped Peanuts
- 1 t. Salt
In a heavy bottomed, medium saucepan, heat the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the liquid is bubbling. Increase to high heat and bring to a boil. Without stirring, let the liquid boil until it becomes a golden yellow color. This should take anywhere between 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the heavy cream. This will create some rapid bubbling, so do so carefully. Continue to mix thoroughly. Add the butter and stir until it has completely melted. Add the vanilla and salt and stir and then pour into a bowl.

Insert the lollipop stick securely into the apple and dip into the caramel sauce and then roll in chopped peanuts.

Place on a parchment paper covered baking sheet and allow to cool. All that’s left to do is put the salted caramel apple into the Gold Caramel Apple Box and serve!

Place the excess salted caramel sauce into a Ball Jelly Jar and serve alongside the salted caramel apple favor.
