When we think of fall, we think of leaves, pumpkins and of course, apples! So, we loved the ideas of sending guests home from our Fall Wedding with a sophisticated and yummy Salted Caramel Apple Favor. Not only were guests delighted to receive these sweet, sticky treats, they were ecstatic to see an extra side of salted caramel in rustic Ball Jelly Jars to savor for a later time!   • 12 Whole Apples (Washed and Dried)
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter (Cut into Tablespoon Sized Pieces)
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 2 c. Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 t. Salt
