- 1.5 Cups Champagne
- 1 Cups Boiling Water
- 1/4 Cup Cold Water
- 1.5 Gelatin Packets
- 1/2 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Gold Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey

Pour 1.5 C. Champagne into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 C. boiling water with 1 gelatin packet. Gently whisk together.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the bowl with champagne and mix.

Divide and pour the champagne mixture into the tiny pedestal clear cups. Approximately 1/4" in each cup.
Place the cups on an angle in a muffin tin and place in refrigerator until they set.

To create Sweet Cream Layer: Combine 1/2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk with 1/2 C boiling water.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 C. cold water and 1/2 of a gelatin packet and mix.

Add the gelatin mixture to the condensed milk mixture and stir.
Divide and pour the milk layer into the pedestal cups; approximately 1/4".

Place the cups on an angle in a muffin tin and place in refrigerator until they set.

To create the Second Champagne Layer: Take remaining champagne mixture and add to cups. Place in refrigerator and allow to set.

Once the Jell-O has set, dip the rim of the cups into a tablespoon of honey and then dip into the gold sugar for a decorative rim. Your delicious Champagne Jell-O Parfait is now ready to serve! We served ours at our Gatsby-inspired New Year’s Eve Party and they were an absolute hit!
