- 1 Box of White Cake Mix
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c Melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- Pink Frosting
- Blue Food Dye

Begin by combining the cake mix, cream cheese, melted butter and egg until a soft dough forms.

Now add 2 tbsp of blue food dye to your batter and mix until the color of the batter is even toned.

Roll your cookie batter into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Press your cookies slightly flat with the base of a glass.

Bake your cookies at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Once your cookies have cooled completely, add strawberry flavored cake frosting to a piping bag and add the filling to your cookies, then place a second cookie on top, creating a sandwich.

Add some gold star sprinkles to the sides of your cookie sandwiches for an extra royal touch.

Add some gold glittering star picks made from gold contact paper and gold foil striped straws and display at your Cinderella themed royal ball birthday party!
