- 3 oz. Rosé
- 3 oz. Champagne
- 1 pt. Blackberries
- 1 pt. Blueberries
- .05 oz. Chambord Liquor
- 1 Thyme Sprig/per drink

Start mixing up this delicious signature cocktail by prepping the fruit. Wash up some fresh blackberries and blueberries and pop them into the freezer until frozen. The berries will not only add flavor and style to your cocktail, but they'll also keep it cool until the very last sip!

Fill each champagne glass 3/4 of the way to the top with and even mix of the rose and the champagne. This mix is the perfect color palette for a spring wedding and is a fun alternative to a classic glass of champagne.

Next, add half of a Shot Glass full of the chambord berry liquor to the filled Champagne Flute. Stir with a spoon to incorporate the chambord into the champagne and rose mixture.

Remove the berries from the freezer and add them to each glass as an elegant garnish, flavor enhancer and ice cube.

Now add a sprig of thyme for a hint of herb flavor and gorgeous garnish.

Place a Blue Striped Straw in each champagne glass for each guest to sip on their chic cocktail and serve up your signature cocktail on a DIY Champagne Bar and enjoy your cocktails while you celebrate all night long!
