With Covid, learning in person, virtual teaching, and all that's in between-teachers are really bogged down and burned out. Administrators have their struggles, too. At staff meetings have teachers nominate one another for fun awards. This could be a great way to build community among teachers and staff members, while also helping staff members recognize one another and the unique traits and talents that they bring to their school.
