- 2 Chicken Breasts (shredded)
- 1/2 C. Sweet Chili Sauce
- 32 Won Ton Wrappers
- 2 C. Broccoli Cole Slaw
- 1/4 C. Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Egg Beaten

Preheat oven to 425°. Spray the inside and outside edge of 2 loaf pans or one 9×13 pan. Fold won ton wrappers in a triangle and drape over the edge of the pan. Bake 3-4 min.

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce and mix. You can add more or less depending on your taste. My family requests a little more!

Fill each won ton wrap with chicken and lay on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Beat one egg with a little water to create an egg wash. Brush the top and bottom of each taco. Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

When the tacos come out of the oven, top with broccoli cole slaw and fresh chopped cilantro. You could always drizzle a little more sweet chili sauce on top.
