- 1 Packet Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 Stick Softened Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c. Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 lb. White Melting Chocolate

Begin by combining the sugar cookie mix, softened butter and egg into a large bowl and mix until a soft yet sturdy dough has formed.

Roll the dough into 2" balls and then flatten so they are approximately 1/4" thick. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 11-14 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add 1/4 c. marshmallow fluff to the flat side of one cookie and then place another cookie on top creating a sandwich. Repeat with remaining cookies until you have 6 marshmallow-filled sandwiches.

Heat the white chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals until completely melted. Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the moon pies.

Lastly, we cut out a crescent moon shape on gold, glitter paper and attached it to a wooden skewer an added it as a cute topper. These White Chocolate Moon Pies looked cute-as-can-be on the Coastal Seaside Dinner and Dessert Plates and on our DIY Dessert Bar and were just as yummy as they look!
