- 1 Container Whipped Cream
- 2 4oz. Packages of Baker's White Chocolate
- Candy Melts
- Graham Crackers
- Food Coloring
- Sprinkles
- Sliver Pearl Dust

Begin by chopping the white chocolate bars into small pieces, and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.

Once the chocolate has melted, combine the whipped topping and mix well.

Divide the whipped mixture evenly among two nonporous bowls. Add a drop or two of blue food coloring into one bowl, and purple into the other. Mix until you achieve your desired colors.

Next, add candy melts to microwave safe bowls and melt in 30 second intervals until fully melted.

Once the chocolates have melted, fill the mermaid tail molds. Use the flat side of a knife or a small spatula to level off the backs of the tails for a smooth finish. Place the mold in the refrigerator about 10 - 15 minutes, or until they have hardened.

While the mermaid tails are setting up, crush three graham crackers. I placed them in a bowl and used the back of a spoon.

Fill the bottom half of each of the mini pedestal cups with the light purple mousse, then top with the light blue mousse.

Once the mermaid tails have hardened, add a little silver pearl dust to them for a touch of shimmer. Using a clean, unused paint brush, simply paint the dust over the tails.

Finally, add the mermaid tails, a bit of crushed graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles to the mousse cups.

Chill the white chocolate mermaid mousse cups until party time, then serve to your party guests!
