- 1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries
- 1 c. Softened Butter
- 1/2 t. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 c. Powdered Sugar
Start off by making a batch of our Favorite Traditional Vanilla Cupcakes! Let cool before frosting cupcakes.
Puree the strawberries in a small food processor. Feel free to strain the mixture if you feel it has too much pulp.
Mix the butter, vanilla together. Slowly add 3 1/2 cups of the powdered sugar.
Add 3 tablespoons of your strawberry puree and mix until just blended.
Use the remaining powdered sugar if your buttercream is too thin. If your buttercream becomes too thick, simply add a little milk.
Simply melt your favorite white chocolate as per directions on the package. Once the white chocolate is melted, carefully dip each vanilla cupcake into the white chocolate.
Let the white chocolate harden on the cupcakes before topping them with this delicious strawberry buttercream.
