- 1/2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C. Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
- 4 Oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Confectioners Sugar
- 1/4 t. Vanilla Extract
- Mighty Malt Hide'N'Seek Speckled Malted Milk Chocolate Candy Eggs



Pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat on high until peaks begin to form. Once it has reached the stiffness needed, set the bowl aside.



Add the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 45 second increments, stirring after each increment until completely melted.

In a second bowl, combine the cream cheese and 1.5 Tablespoons of Confectioners Sugar and beat until fluffy.

Next, add in the melted Ghirardelli Chocolate and Vanilla Extract until thoroughly combined.
Turn the mixer onto a low setting and add in the whipped cream. Make sure to stop as soon as it is combined.



Refrigerate for 1 hour and then serve in Tiny Pedestal Cups topped with Mighty Malt Hide'N'Seek Speckled Malted Milk Chocolate Candy Eggs.
