- Vanilla Cake Mix or DreamWorks Trolls Cupcake Mix
- 3 Tbsp. Softened Butter
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 Egg
- Cupcake Liners
- Cupcake Wrappers
- Vanilla Icing
- 2 Smaller Piping Bags
- 1 Bigger Piping Bag
- Food Coloring or Color Powders



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, place the mix, butter, water and egg and beat until well blended.

Divide the cupcake or cake mix into 3 smaller bowls and pour 1/2 of the color powder of each color into each of the three bowls. Stir until well blended. If you don't have the mix, tint the batter with food coloring.

Place cupcake liners into each the cupcake baking tin. Using a tablespoon, place each colored batter into the cupcake liners (as shown). Bake 16 minutes.

Remove cupcakes from the oven and let fully cool. Divide a container of vanilla icing equally into 3 small bowls. Pour the remaining color powder or food coloring into each bowl and stir until well blended.

Place a smaller piping bag into a tall glass and fold over the edges. Fill the piping bag with all of the green icing. Repeat with a second piping bag and fill with pink icing. Snip the end of the piping bags and place both into a larger piping bag and fill the center of the larger piping bag with all of the purple icing. Snip the end of the larger piping bag and squeeze icing to the tip of the bag.

Assemble each cupcake wrapper and place a cupcake into each. Squeeze the icing from the tip of the piping bag in a circular motion, top each cupcake with the icing.
