- 2oz Vodka
- 2.5oz Pineapple Juice
- .25oz Blue Curacao
- .5oz Egg White (Optional)

Add the vodka and blue curacao to the cocktail shaker.

Next, add the pineapple juice and dry shake it (no ice) for a foamy top.

To get a deeper foamy head on top, add egg white (less than 1/2 an ounce). When properly shaken (dry shake before adding), the whites give drinks a silky, almost creamy texture, but remain light and crisp.
The egg white doesn't contribute to the flavor, it is an optional addition for more foam.

Next, single strain the cocktail into a martini glass. Your deliciously velvety teal martini is now ready to toast with!
