- 16 oz. Package Sugar Cookie Dough
- 14 oz. container White Icing
- Food Coloring
- Colored Sanding Sugar

Use a 2" cookie cutter to cut out the shape for your lollipop cookies. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet 1" apart.

Insert the white lollipop sticks into the bottom of the cookie, centered in the cookie's thickness. The stick should fit securely in the cookie and not poke out the back or top.
To decorate your cookies, divide the icing and tint to your preferred colors using food coloring. Fill pastry bags with the colored icing.

Pipe a swirl on a cookie with one of the icing colors, immediately coat with the coordinating color of sprinkles. Turn the cookie over to remove excess sprinkles.

Pipe a swirl of white on the cookie. Let the cookie dry overnight before handling or packaging.

To make these lollipop cookies extra fancy trim a pink paper straw to fit over the lollipop stick.

Put the lollipop cookies in cellophane bags and tie with twine for the ultimate sweet and fun party favor!
