- 1 qt Fresh Strawberries, Stems Removed
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Bottle Prosecco
- 8 oz. Peach Schnapps
Begin by taking your fresh strawberries (stems removed) and toss them into your blender or food processor. Add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetening. Blend the strawberries and honey until a purée has formed.
Grab a clear stemless wine glass and fill it 1/4 full with the fresh strawberry purée. Feel free to add a bit more if you would like a more robust strawberry flavor!
Pop the Prosecco and fill the glass until it is 3/4 full. We went with a dryer Prosecco so it wouldn't be overly sweet without fresh, strawberry puree.
Add 2 oz. of Peach Schnapps.
Top off with a bit more Prosecco and give it a gentle stir. Add a gold foil paper straw, a few ice cubes, serve and enjoy!
