- 3 Fresh, Ripe Strawberries
- 2-3 Leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 1/2 Ounces Organic Vodka
- 1/2 Cup Rosé Wine
- Sprig of Fresh Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

In a mason jar, muddle strawberries and basil together until the strawberries are well mashed and the basil is roughly broken up. Add the simple syrup.

Next, pour the vodka into the mason jar.

Squeeze about a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice into the mason jar. Make sure to remove any lemon seeds if they fall into your jar.

Add the rosé wine to the cocktail. The fresh, crisp flavor of chilled rosé wine pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, and gives this cocktail a beautiful coral color.

Add ice and stir, topping with a sprig of fresh thyme. Serve with paper straws, or for an elegant look, try pouring this luscious libation into crystal patterned wine glasses.
