- 1 Bottle of Rosé Wine
- Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- Strawberries and Cream Ice Cream (or Plain Strawberry)

Start by washing the strawberries and removing the stems (if using fresh strawberries). Set a few aside to use as garnish for your champagne glasses, and puree the remaining strawberries.

Add two or three small spoonfuls of puree to each of your champagne glasses.

Next, add one or two small scoops of strawberry or strawberries and cream ice cream to each glass.

Finally, top off each glass with Rosé wine, stir to mix ingredients together, and then garnish each with a fresh strawberry.
