- Brownie
- 1 Box Brownie Mix and Ingredients to Make up the Brownie Mix
- Frosting
- 1/4 c. Butter, Softened
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 t. Mint Extract
- 3 Drops Liquid Green Food Color

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Make brownie mix as directed on box. Scoop batter into mini muffin pan, just a small amount will do. Brownie batter will rise in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes, careful not to overcook.

In large bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

Add 1/4 cup whipping cream; beat until blended.

Slowly add powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.

Add frosting to a piping bag. Begin to layer your treat pop by putting one brownie into the bottom of the treat pop container.

Add another brownie, and another layer of frosting.

Finish with one last brownie and then frost the top decoratively. Can sprinkle with chocolate shavings for extra garnish.
