- Strawberry Yogurt
- Granola
- Strawberries
- White Chocolate Chips
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Start by adding a simple Santa Face Sticker to decorate each Pedestal parfait cup.
Once decorated, add a thin layer of granola to the bottom of each Pedestal cup.
Next, add a dollop of strawberry yogurt to the miniature parfait Pedestal cups filling to nearly the top of each cup.
Rinse and cut the tops off of the strawberries and place them to the side for later.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, leaving a few to the side for later. Be sure to melt in 30 second increments, stirring well.
Dip the bottom of each strawberry in the white chocolate to create a small rim around each berry and allow the chocolate the firm up in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Now that the base is dry, carefully dip the tip of the berry into the melted chocolate and place a white chocolate chip on top. Place the berries back in the refrigerator once more to firm up the chocolate.
Once firm, place the berry on top of each parfait to create a Santa hat. Feel free to add some whipped cream for a sweeter treat. To keep it healthy, skip the whipped cream!
