Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In one bowl, stir all of your dry ingredients together making sure it is well mixed.

In a separate bowl, mix together your wet ingredients until combined.

Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a hand mixer, a whisk or a stand mixer until all the ingredients are fully combined and there are no lumps (just a few minutes).

Place liners into the cupcake pans and fill each cup about half way or so. This should give you roughly 24 cupcakes. If you fill higher for larger cupcakes, you will yield fewer cupcakes.
Place in the oven for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes fully clean.
While your cupcakes are baking, you can start making the best part, the icing! Cream the milk, butter, vanilla and sugar together with a hand mixer until full combined and smooth.

Next, add a few drops of red food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of pink (fewer drops will produce a lighter pink and more drops will produce a more vibrant pink).

Once the cupcakes are fully cooled, fill a piping bag with your icing and swirl onto the top of the cupcakes. Now that your cupcakes are all fully iced, break the candy off of the Pink Rock Candy Lollipops and into a bowl. Add the Pink Rock Candy Lollipop sprinkles to the top of your cupcake for a royal gem look! Next, add a tiny rose detail for an extra fancy detail.
Now that your cupcakes are frosted and coated in sugary decor, add a lavish look by dressing them up with a Gold Laser Cut Cupcake Wrapper and displaying them on a Clear Cupcake Stand!
