- Cake Mix
- Ingredients Called for on Cake Mix Box (eggs, oil, etc)
- Marshmallow Cream
- Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- Mini Marshmallows
- White Chocolate Chips
- 3 1/2 C. Confectioners' Sugar
- 1/2 C. Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 C. Milk
- 1 t. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 C. Softened Butter
Make cake mix following directions on box.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake according to instructions on box. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Using a small knife, cut a hole in the center of each cupcake.

Spoon marshmallow cream into a ziplock back and cut off the corner to form a makeshift piping bag. Fill cupcake holes with marshmallow cream.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix butter and cocoa powder together until well incorporated. Add vanilla and milk then beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar in 1/2 C. increments until desired consistency is reached. Adjust with milk and powdered sugar as needed.

Add frosting to a piping bag with frosting tip and pipe onto cupcakes.

Add mini marshmallows to cupcakes right after frosting.

Sprinkle cupcakes with mini chocolate chips.

Melt 2 cups white chocolate chips in microwave on high in 30 second increments (stirring in between each 30 second interval) until smooth.

Add melted white chocolate chips to a small ziplock bag and cut off a tiny portion of the bottom corner of the bag. Drizzle melted white chocolate onto the cupcakes.
