- 1 lb. Salted Cashews
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 1 T. Maple Syrup
- 1/4 to 1 t. Cayenne pepper
- 1 T. Finely chopped fresh Rosemary

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange cashews in a single layer on a baking sheet and heat for 10 min.

Remove warm cashews from oven and place in a glass bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.

Add cayenne pepper to the cashews. This is definitely according to taste, and could be omitted if you would like.

Add in the maple syrup. This is another ingredient where you could add more or less to your preference.

Remove rosemary from stem, and finely chop.

Next add finely chopped rosemary and stir to combine.

Serve immediately in a bowl, or store in an air tight container so they remain fresh. I made these a couple days ahead of my Football Tailgate Party, and they were a huge hit. They are also perfect to make and give as holiday hostess or neighbor gifts! Enjoy!
