- 1 1/3 c. Red Wine
- 1 1/2 c. Semisweet Chocoalte Chips
- 1 c. Whole Milk
- 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 5 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

In a medium size sauce pan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, red wine, whole milk, heavy whipping cream and 2.5 Tbsp of sugar and heat over medium heat. Stir until the chocolate chips have melted and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract.

Pour into a Classic Champagne Glass and top with a skewer of miniature marshmallows. Serve and enjoy!
