- 1 Bar of White Melting Chocolate
- 1 Bag of Pink Chocolate Candy Melts
- Handful of Roasted Pistachios
- Handful of Freeze Dried Raspberries
- Handful of Dried Rose Petals

First, line the baking tray with wax paper.

Heat up and melt the chocolate (melt the colors separately) according to the instructions on the packet.

Pour one color of chocolate (e.g. white) into the baking tray and spread evenly with a spatula.

Next, add the second layer of chocolate (e.g. pink).

Use a bamboo skewer or fork to swirl the colors together, creating an ombre swirl.

Sprinkle a small handful of roasted pistachios over the top of the chocolate and gently press.

Next, sprinkle dried rose petals.

Finally, sprinkle dried raspberries. Tip: Break these up a little before sprinkling. Gently press into the chocolate.

Let the chocolate set in the freezer for 10 minutes or fridge for approximately 1 hour until set.

Break up the chocolate into pieces of random shapes and sizes.

Place the chocolate into Small Clear Cellophane Gift Bags.
