- 1 Yellow Pound Cake, store bought
- 2 Tbsp. Seedless Raspberry Jam
- 1/2 c. Pink Candy Melts
- 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1 Container Fresh, Red Raspberries

Take your pound cake loaf and cut it into approximately ½” inch slices. You can always cut it thinner or thicker depending on how thick you’d like the petite fours.

Take 2 slices and lay them flat. Using your small, square cookie cutter, cut 1 square out of each slice of pound cake. Discard the scraps- we chose to snack on these because…yum!

Place some seedless, raspberry jam on a plastic onto your plastic knife and spread it on top of one of the pound cake squares.

Add the second pound cake square on top of the jelly-topped square.

Now, onto the yummy, melted chocolate! Place ½ cup of pink candy melts into a microwave safe bowl and add 1 Tbsp Canola Oil. This will help thin the chocolate. Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds and then remove and stir. Heat for another 30-45 seconds until completely melted.

Place your layered pound cake square onto the plastic fork over top of the bowl of chocolate. Using the plastic spoon, carefully spoon the melted, pink chocolate over top of the cake. As you drip it on the top, it should drizzle down the sides covering all sides of the pound cake.

Once it’s fully covered, let it dry on a piece of parchment or wax paper. After it has dried, take another spoonful of melted chocolate and drizzle it on top of the chocolate covered cake.

Once the drizzle has dried, place one fresh, red raspberry on top of the petite four.

Your raspberry petite fours are now done and can be displayed on your tea party spread! These were such a pretty and delicious addition to our Mad Hatter Inspired Bridal Shower and we can’t wait for you to try them!
