- 1 Fresh Baguette
- Honeycomb, (or honey if you cannot source honeycomb)
- 1 pt. Fresh Raspberries, Washed and Prepared
- 50 Roasted Pistachios (shelled and crushed)
- 8 Ounce Wheel of Brie Cheese

Slice the baguette into eighteen even slices, on an angle. Toast in a 250 degree oven for ten minutes.

Warm the brie cheese on a microwave safe plate for one minute, so that it becomes easy to spread. Use a cheese spreader to add a smear of brie cheese to each of the bread slices.

Use the spreader to press one or two fresh raspberries onto the cheese, as shown.

Add a bit of honeycomb to each appetizer. This adds a delightful sweetness that pairs beautifully with the mild cheese and berries.

Sprinkle crushed pistachio nuts over the top of each crostini before plating and serving immediately.
