- White Chocolate Chips
- Food Coloring
- Confetti Sprinkles
- Star Sprinkles
Start creating this magical dessert by melting your white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments. Be sure the stir between each 30 second microwave.
Once your chocolate is fully melted, split the chocolate into 4 bowls. (Your original bowl and 3 new bowls to mix up fun colors!)
Leaving one of your bowls white, add food coloring to each of the other bowls until you have the desired colors. We opted for pink, blue and purple.
Place your chocolate mixtures onto the parchment lined backing sheet and use a paper straw to mix the colors in a swirling fashion.
Now that your chocolate is swirled together, it's time to add the sprinkles! Generously sprinkle the confetti and star sprinkles on the chocolate mixture.
Place the unicorn bark into the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until it is full set. Once fully hardened, snap the bark into the desired size portions.
Display your unicorn bark at a Rainbows and Unicorns Birthday Party! We loved serving our unicorn bark up in candy pink snack bowls with pink rock candy lollipops and rainbow conversation heart candies!
