This Rainbow Pop Rocks float recipe is kid-approved. Rather than ice cream it uses rainbow sherbet, and for a surprise factor it has pop rocks candy.

10 to 20 min. Beginner 6 to 8 Servings
Ingredients
  • 1 Quart of Rainbow Sherbet
  • 4 Cans of Ginger Ale
  • Pop Rocks (or similar popping candy)
Step 1

Add 1-2 scoops of rainbow sherbet to the glass.

Step 2

Cover with Ginger Ale.

Step 3

Finish by sprinkling popping candy on top.
