This poppyseed spring salad makes the perfect menu for a girlfriend’s lunch, potluck parties and of course for summer parties or family BBQ. With fresh lettuce, spinach and fruit topped off with delicious homemade poppyseed dressing, this salad is sure to be a hit at any event!


30 to 40 min. Beginner 6 to 8 Servings
Ingredients
  • 2/3 Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 C. Canola or Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C. Grated Onion
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 2-3 T. Poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Romaine Lettuce/Red Cabbage Mix
  • Baby Spinach Leaves
  • Red Grapes
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Toasted Almond Slices
  • Chopped Green Onion
