- 2 c. Baking Mix
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Milk
- 5 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 2 c. Red Frosting
- 3 oz. Grated Almond Bark or White Chocolate
Mix baking mix, sugar, milk, shortening, egg and vanilla until well blended.
Use ice cream scoop to drop dough onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350ºF for 8 - 10 minutes.
Once cookies have cooled frost with red frosting.
Sprinkle with almond bark and decorate with your favorite candy pizza toppings. We used fruit rolls, Tootsie Rolls®, and gummy fruit slices.
