- 16 oz. Bag Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 c. Pineapple Rum (optional)
- 1 c. Pineapple Orange Banana Juice
- 1/2 c. Coconut Water
- 2 c. Crushed Ice
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more crushed ice, if needed, to get desired "slushie" consistency.
Pour pineapple slushie mixture into a freezer-safe gallon Ziploc® bag and store in the freezer until party time. This will keep the mixture at a slushie consistency, and even firm it up a bit.
Serve slushies in plastic pineapple tumblers with pineapple paper straws and bright pineapple stir sticks. Enjoy!
