- 1/3 c. Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Lime, quartered
- 2 oz. Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Coconut Milk
- 2 oz. Tonic Water

Begin by adding the mint leaves and lime wedges into your drink shaker and muddle together.

Add in the coconut rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk then shake.
