- 1 Ripe Pear
- 3 Blackberries
- 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1/2 oz St. Germaine
- Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 c Seltzer Water
- Sprinkle Cardamom Spice

Cut blackberries into small pieces, and add to the glass. The luscious fruit of the blackberry will give this drink its beautiful crimson pink color.

Add the St. Germaine elderflower liqueur to the glass followed by the vodka. The floral notes of the elderflower liqueur give this drink an understated elegance.

Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the glass. Don't worry about the seeds for now, this drink will be strained later, thus removing any stray seeds that happen to fall into the glass in this step.

Add the honey, and mix until combined into the beverage well. Add ice to the glass.

Pour the entire contents of the glass into a martini shaker, add a bit more ice and shake it up! Keep shaking until the ingredients are well combined, and you've gathered a crowd of interested onlookers!

Pour the strained ingredients back into the glass and top off with a little seltzer water for added fizz. You could also use champagne! A marbled coaster looks particularly pretty with this modern and fresh libation.

For a lovely garnish, a skewer placed through a slice of pear and a plump blackberry is the perfect touch. Rest it on the side of the glass for instant classiness. Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom spice across the top of the drink, and embellish with an edible flower, if you please. Here, we've used a lovely viola. Don't forget to pass out a white marble foiled napkin to catch any accidental drips. Cheers!
