- Peach Crisp Filling:
- 6 Peaches, Peeled and Cubed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 t. Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 c. Flour
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 c. Honeymaid Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- Crumble Topping:
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/8 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Peel and slice the peaches into cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the key of the peaches and the rest of the cobbler ingredients and mix until combined. Saute the peach mixture over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until peaches are tender.

For the graham cracker crust, take a medium mixing bowl and combine the graham cracker crumb's, melted butter and sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.

For the crumble topping, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and butter and whisk together until a crumble has formed.

Take a clear plastic stemless wine glass and scoop 3 tablespoons of your graham cracker crust into the bottom of the glass. Use a tablespoon to pack it down.

Next, scoop 1/2 cup of your peach mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.

Add 2 tablespoons of the crumble mix on top of the peaches.
