- 5 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 1/2 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4-5 tsp. Mint Extract
- 6-8 Drops of Green Food Coloring
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 30 Oreos Crushed (we like to use half regular and half mint Oreos)

First, pour your heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk together. Add in vanilla, mint extract, green food coloring and salt. With a wisk attachment, beat on high for about 4 minutes. Until it is a thick cream.

While mixing your ingredients, you can crush up the Oreos. Place them in a large gallon bag and crush up the Oreos, using a rolling pin or your hands. For finer pieces, you can use a food processor.

Now, add the Oreos into your cream mixture. We like to leave pretty big chunks of Oreos. They soften up in the ice cream, and make it extra delicious!

And last, pour the mixture evenly onto a parchment lined baking dish. Freeze for about 4-6 hours.

Now, Scoop it up! And enjoy! Serve the ice cream in these adorable, bright ice cream bowls with a coordinating spoon. The perfect size for two scoops of ice cream! These make our ice cream nights even more fun! We also love these beverage napkins. I love the polka-dot and stripe patterns. They are the perfect napkin size to pair with the ice cream bowls.
This recipe serves 12 people, but if you are having a larger party you can double it. Your guests will love this creamy mint Oreo ice cream!
