- 3 Dashes of Orange or Sunshine Bitters
- 2 oz. Amontillado Sherry
- 1 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Ice
- Lemon Twist
- 1 oz. of Champagne or Prosecco

Measure the 3, 2, 1 ingredients, sherry, elderflower liqueur, and bitters into a chilled cocktail glass.
Note: Either sunshine bitters or orange bitters can be used in this cocktail. I have used orange bitters. Sunshine bitters are made by infusing Vodka with cardamom and saffron which gives a fabulous aroma and a bright burnt-sienna hue.

Add ice to fill the shaker halfway. Pour the cocktail mix into the shaker and stir briskly with a long-handled bar spoon until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds.

Strain back into the chilled cocktail glass and top with bubbles

Create the garnish. Cut the ends off the lemon.

Using a paring knife remove the inside of the lemon.

Cut a slice from the remaining lemon rind to create a circle. Then slice the rind round once to form a long strip.

Wrap the lemon strip around your finger to create a lemon twirl.

Add to the cocktail with a cocktail stirrer.
Note: DIY this glamorous black, white & gold stirrer in 3 simple steps. Spray paint Clear Acrylic Ice gold. Cut a Black & White Straw in half. Glue the gold ice to the end of the straw.

Serve the cocktail on a Glass Marble Coaster to tie in with other marble elements in this wedding's decor.
