- White Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs (Whites Only)
- 1 1/4 c. of Water
- 1/3 c. of Vegetable Oil
- White Icing
- Non-stick Baking Spray
- Wilton Easy Layers Cake Pan Set (or five 6″ round pans)
- Wilton Gel Food Colors (rainbow colors of your choice)

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare your cake mix. Place the cake mix, egg whites, water and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix on medium speed for two minutes until well combined.

Separate the cake batter into five small bowls.

Tint each bowl of cake batter a different color by squeezing some of the food coloring into the batter and stir it thoroughly until the batter is the brightness of color you want. Repeat for all five bowls.

Spray each pan with non-stick baking spray. Pour the colored batter into five 6″ round cake pans. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for five minutes. Remove the cakes by flipping them upside down and allow them to cool completely on a cooling rack.

Place a 6″ cake board on top of a Footed Cake Stand and place the purple layer on the board. Spread some of the white icing on top of the layer. Place the blue layer on top of the icing and spread icing on top of it. Continue with the remaining layers in color order of the rainbow with icing in between each layer.

When you get to the top layer, spread icing along the top to fully cover the top layer. Cover the entire top of the cake with rainbow sprinkles or Rainbow Mix Chocolate Candy. You’re all done and ready to serve!

Place each slice on these Gold Dot Dinner Plates with Rainbow Napkins and Metallic Gold Forks. Serve with cold milk in these super cute Ball® Mason Jars with Jeweled Mason Jar Lids and Gold Foil Striped Paper Straws.
