- 1 1/2 oz. White/Silver Rum
- 2 Mint Leaves
- 3 oz. Soda Water
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice/Lime Slice
- 2 t. Sugar
- 2 Scoops of Lime Sherbet

Place a thick slice of lime in the bottom of your Rocks Glass. You can also add fresh squeezed lime juice instead of the slice of lime.

Add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Allow sugar to dissolve slightly.

Place a mint leaf on top of lime slice and sugar.

Using a drink muddler, combine lime slice, sugar, and mint leaf until sugar is fully dissolved.

Using a jigger, measure and pour in 2 ounces of white or silver rum.

Next, pour in 3 ounces of Soda Water. You can do more or less, but 3 ounces was the perfect amount!

Using a spoon, stir all ingredients until well combined. This spoon is from the Premium Metallic Copper Cutlery. It looks beautiful and won’t break the bank!

Top with 2-3 scoops of lime sherbet. I think a lime Popsicle might also be fun too!

Garnish drink with a slice of lime, mint leaf, and serve with a spoon and enjoy!
