- 2 c. Blueberries
- 2 c. Raspberries
- 2 c. Blackberries
- 1 c. Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
Begin by adding the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries into a large bowl. Add in the sugar and mix thoroughly. Allow the berries to sit in the sugar for approximately 10 minutes.
Next, add in the lemon juice and mix. Transfer the berries into a pot and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
Once the berries have reached a boil, turn the heat to low and allow the berries to simmer for fifteen minutes. You will see the berry mixture gradually thicken throughout this time. After the fifteen minutes, remove the berries from the heat. Grab the Mini Mason Favor Jars and carefully ladle the jam into the Jars. Wipe of any drippings from the jar before adding the lid. Once each jar is filled, bring a pot of water to boil and place the jars in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the jam-filled Jars from the water and dry.
