- 2 c. Whole Milk
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 Box Vanilla Wafers
- 2 Bananas
- Yellow Food Dye
- Blue Food Dye

Over low heat add milk, sugar, salt and flour, stirring constantly until mixture becomes thick. Once mixture is thick, continue to stir over the low heat for approximately 15 minutes.

Separate your eggs and beat just the yolks until combined and add to the heated mixture while stirring. Allow to cook for 5-6 minutes more.

Remove the mixture from the heat and add the vanilla and place in the refrigerator to cool.

Crumble the vanilla wafers and place them in the bottom of each pudding cup.

Slice a banana and add a single slice to each cup.

Now that the pudding mixture is cool, split it into 2 equal parts.

Add a few drops of yellow food dye to half of the pudding and a few drops of blue to the other half. Stir each bowl of pudding until you achieve the color you're looking for.

Spoon the blue pudding into a Tiny Pedestal Clear Cup, coming up about halfway then spoon the yellow pudding on top of the blue pudding until you reach the top of the Tiny Pedestal Clear Cup.

Place a Minions™ Cupcake Pick on top of each pudding cup and display at your Despicable M3 Minions Party! Looking for more Minion themed fun?
