Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 3/4 C. Water
- 1 C. Salsa
- 2-3 T. Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
- 2-3 T. Mild Taco Seasoning
- Shredded Lettuce
- Small Tortilla Chips
- Grated Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Ranch Dressing
- Guacamole
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute chopped onions in olive oil.
Step 2
Add lean ground beef and stir constantly over med-high heat.

Step 3
When the beef is almost browned, add in salsa, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.
Step 4
Stir together and add water.
Step 5
Simmer on med for 10-15 min, stirring every few minutes.

Step 6
Fill bowls with the toppings (tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, tortilla chips, etc.)

Step 7
Let guests build their own mini taco salads. Layer lettuce, meat, cheese tomatoes, and chips. Add ranch, sour cream, salsa or guacamole on top.
