Ingredients
- Mini Pie Tins with Crust
- Mini Pretzels
- Mini Candy Eyes
- Red Chocolate Ball Candy
- 4 C. Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1/2 C. Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 C. Corn Starch
- 1 t. Salt
- 2 1/2 t. Vanilla
Step 1
In a medium sauce pan add dry ingredients.
Step 2
Over medium heat, add milk and stir constantly.
Step 3
Keep stirring until it begins to boil, but keep at medium heat. It will begin to get thicker and smoother.

Step 4
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.

Step 5
Cool for a few minutes before pouring in individual pie tins.

Step 6
Pour evenly into mini pie tins. I like to transfer the pudding to a mini pitcher or measuring cup for easy pouring.
Step 7
Let the mini pies cool or 10 minutes, or 5 minutes in the fridge.

Step 8
Add mini pretzels for the antlers, Red candy balls for the nose, and candy eyes.
