- 1 C. Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
- Handful Candy Canes
- 1 15-oz Can Coconut Milk
- Whip Cream
- 1 t.
Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave at 30 second increments. Make sure to stir often so as not to over cook your chocolate.
Once chocolate is melted add full can of coconut milk, 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract and 1 teaspoon honey. Stir to combine.
Cover your peppermint chocolate mousse and place in the fridge to harden for 4-6 hours. Once your mousse has hardened, remove from the fridge and serve with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
