- 1 Can PIllsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 t. Cinnamon
- 10 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Dark Brown Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream
- Pecan Chips
- Raisins



Make the caramel sauce. Place the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream and 6 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and heat on medium heat until all ingredients are melted together and the mixture is bubbly. Remove from the heat and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.



Remove the biscuits from the can and cut each one into 8 smaller pieces. Fill a cupcake pan with the Circus Cupcake Liners.

Make the Cinnamon Coating in a small bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of the remaining butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Stir to combine all ingredients.



Coat the Biscuits. One at a time, dunk the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon coating to fully cover and place 4 in each cupcake liner. Continue until all the cupcakes are filled with cinnamon covered biscuits.

Cover with Caramel Sauce & Toppings. Pour a tablespoon of the caramel sauce over the top of each cupcake and top with pecan chips and raisins (optional).

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm or room temperature.
