- 4 Corn (husks removed and cleaned thoroughly)
- 1 Bottle Mayonaise
- 1 Bundle Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Container Tajin
- 2 Limes
- 1 Container Cojita Cheese
Place four corn cobs on a microwavable dish and microwave for 5 minutes. When done, rotate the corn and microwave again for another 5 minutes.
Pierce the end of the cooked corn with a wooden candy apple stick or skewer.
Rub the lime on the corn and spread mayo evenly on all sides of the corn.
Then sprinkle Cojita Cheese, cilantro and Tajin. Now serve and enjoy!
