- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Milk
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 c. Chocolate Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
In a large bowl combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Slowly add the milk while mixing.
In a smaller bowl, stir the flour and baking powder just until combined. Add the dry mixture to the liquid and beat until everything is combined.
Grease a large bundt pan and pour about 2/3 of the batter into the pan.
Add chocolate syrup and baking soda to the remaining batter and stir until combined. Gently pour the chocolate batter on top of the bundt pan. Use a fork to gently swirl the two batters. Do not overly mix or you will not get the desired marble effect.
Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Leave your bundt cake to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
