- 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Block Of Cream Cheese (4oz)
- 2 Lemons
- 2 TBS Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cool Whip
- Blueberries
Mix the whipping cream, cream cheese, and cool whip together. Mix until blended, but do not over mix.
Pour in your sugar and mix with a spoon.
Pour your Lemon Mousse into your serving bowls. Then add lemon zest and blueberries to the top. You can garnish with mint leaves as well.
